Job Description:
Core Pharma/OSD Background:
- 2-5 years (Level II) or 5+ years (Level III) in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Expert in at least
ONE:
Compression, Coating, OR Encapsulation- Hands-on with named equipment: Fette 3200i, Fette
P 3030, MG2
Planeta, Korsch XM 12, Glatt (Wurster coating)- Can independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment
- Strong cGMP documentation and data integrity practices
- Flexible to rotate across compression, coating, encapsulation, and granulation areas NEW — Adjacent Candidate Pools (client-approved):
- Hard candy / lozenge / cough drop manufacturing operators (cooking, forming, cooling, coating, packaging lines)
- Nutraceutical/gummy/tablet supplement manufacturing operators
- These candidates often have transferable GMP + high-speed line experience even without a traditional "pharma" title.
