Now Hiring:
Assembly Workers $18 an hour Full Time... M-F 7am to 3:30pm We're looking for hands-on, detail-oriented Assembly Workers to join our production team. If you enjoy building things, working with your hands, and take pride in doing quality work, we want to hear from you. This role is a great fit for someone with hand tool experience who's looking for steady, full-time work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Assemble components and finished products according to blueprints, work instructions, or build specifications Use hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, pliers, torque tools, etc.) to fit, fasten, and secure parts Read and interpret assembly drawings, diagrams, and specifications Measure, align, and fit parts and components accurately Inspect completed assemblies for quality, fit, and function before moving to the next stage Identify and report defects, damaged parts, or assembly issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation Keep up with production quotas and daily assembly targets Follow all safety procedures and quality standards Collaborate with teammates and line leads to keep production moving efficiently What You Bring Experience using hand tools and/or power tools (mechanical, automotive, construction, or similar hands-on background all count) Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, or assembly instructions — or willingness to learn quickly Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in an assembly, manufacturing, or production environment Experience with pneumatic or power tools Basic mechanical aptitude or hands-on trade background (auto, construction, machining, etc.) High school diploma or GED Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail Ability to work in a shop/production floor environment Why Join Us Hands-on work where you can see what you build Opportunities to grow into more advanced assembly, quality, or lead roles A team environment that values craftsmanship and reliability
