Laborer

M.I.C. Industries, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Laborer to join our dynamic team in Clear Brook, VA. As a vital member of our crew, you will play a key role in supporting the fabricators on various projects in building M.I.C.'s product lines . Perform various physical duties as assigned to support construction and maintenance projects. Maintain all safety standards to ensure a secure work environment for all team members. Move, secure, install, build, load, or unload materials as required by the project. Engage in specialized tasks that may require on-the-job training to enhance skills and efficiency. Effectively operate heavy and light equipment based on jobsite requirements and assignments. Transport items from one location to another according to directions from the site supervisor. Move tools, equipment, or other materials as directed in project plans or by supervisors. Clean up worksites by removing hazardous or obsolete materials to maintain a safe working environment. Assist skilled tradespeople such as welders, carpenters, and painters with their tasks on-site. Handle and transport materials, Utilize power tools and machinery, such as forklifts, when required for specific tasks. Ability to lift 50lbs Use of general tools a plus. Starting wage will be modified depending upon experience and skills.
