Job Description

As a Digital Print Operator , you will be responsible for operating high-speed roll-to-roll digital printers, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of print jobs in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.
Shift Schedule:
6:00 am - 6:00 pm; Rotating Schedule Due to the nature of our business, mandatory overtime is required during high-volume production periods and other times of increased workload. Flexibility to work extended shifts and/or weekends is an essential requirement of this position.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Operate state-of-the-art high-speed roll-to-roll digital printers at maximum speed. Accomplish production targets while upholding rigorous quality and safety standards. Configure, code, and initiate individual print job. Monitor quality of job output for color, position accuracy, and overall print quality. Mitigate waste of paper inventory. Perform all maintenance tasks and report service issues to the shift supervisor. Report problems promptly through appropriate channels. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. May require cross-training on other equipment within other departments as production needs require. Perform other duties as required
Required Skills/Abilities:
Experience with digital presses or direct mail is a plus, but training will be provided Basic computer skills required Ability to read and comprehend job orders and client specifications Ability to apply written instructions for machine set-up and maintenance Ability to communicate effectively with other employees of the organization Excellent attention to detail, including color perception and recognition Proven history of punctuality and a strong work ethic Applicants must successfully pass a background check
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Ability to read and write in
English Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Requires occasional bending at the waist. Requires stooping on occasion. Repetitious pinching and gripping.
