Construction Assembly Tech (Elkwood, VA) The Construction Assembly Tech is responsible for assembling trusses, entering and verifying production data, and ensuring products meet quality standards. This role combines hands-on manufacturing with computer-based production support. Essential Responsibilities Assemble roof and floor trusses according to blueprints and work orders. Enter, verify, and maintain production data and work orders. Scan and track materials are used in production. Assist with production reporting and data accuracy. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Experience Needed 1+ years of truss assembly or related construction/manufacturing experience.. 1+ years of Microsoft Office and data entry experience. Ability to safely operate hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and quality & Good communication and teamwork skills. Work Environment Split between office and manufacturing settings. Requires standing, walking, bending, repetitive motion, and occasional lifting of up to 80 lbs.
