Digital Print Press Helper

Job Summary The Digital Print Press Helper assists in the operation and maintenance of digital printing equipment to support efficient production of printed materials. This role works closely with the Digital Print Operator to ensure jobs are prepared correctly, materials are loaded properly, and production runs meet quality, safety, and timeline standards. The Digital Print Press Helper is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, performing basic equipment tasks, and supporting workflow throughout the print production process.

Shift:

9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday; overtime as needed

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assist the Digital Print Operator during setup, operation, and shutdown of digital printing equipment. Load paper, inks, toners, and other materials as required. Learn and perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance of equipment. Learn quality standards of printed materials. Prepares and stages materials for upcoming jobs. Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with operational requirements. Follow safety procedures and company quality standards. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production specifications. Must possess the ability to operate basic hand tools. High mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are key Effectively work with others in a team-oriented environment. Dependable and able to work designated hours is a Must Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills required

Education and Experience:

High school education or equivalent required. Minimum 1 year experience in a warehouse/production environment.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to climb, kneel, bend, and squat Must be able to grasp, push, pull, and have fine motor skills Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

From $15.00 per hour
