Qualified Staffing is hiring Embroidery Machine Operators for a growing custom apparel and embroidery company in Midlothian, VA. This role operates multi-head embroidery equipment while ensuring exceptional quality, accuracy, and production efficiency.

What You'll DoSet up, thread, and operate multi-head embroidery machinesRead and interpret embroidery designs, work orders, and production specificationsLoad garments and materials while ensuring proper alignmentAdjust machine settings based on garment, thread, and design requirementsMonitor production quality and make adjustments as neededTroubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine maintenanceInspect finished embroidered products for quality and accuracyMaintain production records and workflow documentationAssist with order preparation, packaging, and production support as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe production areaWork with teammates to meet daily production goalsPerform other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForEmbroidery, textile, apparel production, or manufacturing experience preferredExperience operating embroidery equipment is highly preferredStrong attention to detail and qualityMechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skillsAbility to read work orders and follow detailed instructionsAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 40 pounds as neededHigh school diploma or GED preferredWhy Work With Qualified Staffing?
