Job Summary We are seeking an experienced OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) Manufacturing Operator with hands-on experience in granulation and tablet compression within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, batch records, equipment operation, and manufacturing procedures. Key Responsibilities Perform manufacturing activities in the Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) production area. Operate and monitor granulation and tablet compression equipment according to approved SOPs and batch manufacturing records. Perform wet and/or dry granulation activities, including equipment setup, operation, in-process checks, and cleaning. Set up, operate, and troubleshoot tablet compression machines and associated equipment. Monitor critical process parameters and ensure products are manufactured according to established specifications. Complete Batch Production Records (BPRs), logbooks, equipment records, and other required documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Follow all cGMP, SOP, safety, and quality requirements. Perform equipment cleaning and line clearance according to approved procedures. Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure the manufacturing area remains inspection-ready. Report equipment issues, deviations, and abnormalities to the appropriate supervisor or department. Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, and other Manufacturing teams to support production activities. Follow proper gowning and PPE requirements while working in controlled manufacturing areas. Required Qualifications Previous experience in pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing is required. Hands-on experience with granulation and/or tablet compression. Strong understanding of cGMP and SOP requirements. Experience working with Batch Records and manufacturing documentation. Ability to operate pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. Ability to read, understand, and follow written SOPs and manufacturing procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and patient safety. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a manufacturing team. High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.
