Machine Operator - 2nd Shift Available We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to safely operate Peerless Plate machines in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

Operate Peerless Plate machines safely and efficiently Load and unload paper materials for each job Monitor machine performance and make approved adjustments or minor repairs Perform daily safety and compliance checks Ensure machines consistently produce high-quality products Troubleshoot issues and correct defects promptly Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas Report equipment or production issues to leadership immediately Follow company policies, safety procedures, and LOTO requirements Adhere to Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and Food Defense standards Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

Proven mechanical ability and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and climb ladders Must provide own tools (per required list) Wear hard-soled leather work boots covering foot and ankle Strong communication skills and quality focus Manufacturing experience preferred Proven mechanical ability and problem-solving skills
