This is a hands-on role working with glass, materials, and tools in a fast-paced shop environment. Responsibilities
- Assist with glass cutting, grinding, and basic fabrication
- Load and unload glass, frames, and materials
- Keep the shop organized and clean
- Support installers and glaziers with prep work
- Follow safety procedures and shop processes What We're Looking For
- Dependable and hardworking
- Comfortable with physical work and standing for most of the day
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Basic hand tool experience is a plus (but not required)
- Shop, construction, or trade experience helpful but not required Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, daytime hours
- Hourly pay based on experience
