Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain machinery, including tool loading and part changeovers
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Use precision tools, such as tape measures, to ensure accurate measurements
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in fabrication or related field
• Proficiency with laser, turret punch, or press brake equipment preferred
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Strong ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CNC machinery or similar equipment
