You will be responsible for monitoring complex machinery, conducting quality inspections, and contributing to a culture of safety and continuous improvement to meet our production goals. Responsibilities Operate and monitor highly automated systems and robotic equipment to ensure consistent product output. Perform routine machine adjustments and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and reduce material waste. Execute quality control inspections using precision measuring devices to ensure all products meet strict specifications. Maintain a safe and organized workspace by adhering to 5S standards and conducting regular equipment safety checks. Document production data, track performance metrics, and complete maintenance logs accurately. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and support equipment installations or trial runs. Ensure full compliance with GMP, HACCP, and OSHA safety regulations throughout the production process. Provide operational support, including break relief and forklift operation, as required by the production schedule. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Proficiency in basic math and computer skills for data entry and reporting. Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions. Strong commitment to safety and detail-oriented work habits. Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Preferred Skills 2+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Proven ability to work effectively within a team to solve complex problems. Experience with automated machinery or robotic systems. Knowledge of quality assurance protocols and measuring instrumentation.
