$15.00-$16.00 About the Role Join our production team! As an Ingredient Operator, you will play a critical role in measuring, staging, and blending raw peanuts, seasonings, and coatings to craft premium peanut products. You will oversee batching systems, monitor roasting and flavoring machinery, and ensure strict food safety standards from raw receiving to finished packaging.

Key Responsibilities Batching & Staging:

Measure, weigh, and mix raw peanuts, oils, salts, sugars, and custom seasonings strictly following recipe specifications.

Equipment Operation:

Set up, operate, and clean ingredient feeders, coaters, roasters, and mixing hoppers.

Quality & Food Safety:

Conduct regular quality checks (moisture, visual defects, weight verification) and strictly maintain GMP, HACCP, and allergen control protocols.

Inventory & Tracking:

Accurately log lot numbers, ingredient usage, and production numbers using digital scanners or batch sheets.

Sanitation:

Perform sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOPs) during product changeovers to prevent cross-contamination. Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent. 1+ years of experience in food manufacturing, batching, or industrial processing preferred. Basic math skills for calculating weights, batch sizes, and percentages. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for 8-10 hours, and work in varied temperature environments (hot near roasters).
