$19.00 - $22.00/hour (reflective of experience) Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Batch Mixer to precisely measure and manufacture HT Sports Coatings according to formulation while maintaining a 6S work environment. The ideal candidate will also be capable of performing lab testing and troubleshooting mixing issues. Examples of Essential Duties Precisely measure and mix materials according to formulation. Operate large capacity mixer. Package product for storage and shipment. Label product according to guidelines and state regulatory requirements. Perform basic lab testing and communicate with Chemist for adjustments. Troubleshoot mixing issues to improve performance. Troubleshoot mixing equipment for maintenance. Ensure all production products pass QC before being inventoried. Complete understanding and adherence to 6S Manufacturing. Qualifications 2 years of mixing experience. Ability to operate a variety of forklift types with precision and safety. Flexibility to assist in other areas as needed. Ability to lift up to 80 pounds. Attention to detail and quality. Must be organized, team-oriented, and collaborative. High School Diploma preferred.
