Are you mechanically inclined and great at working with your hands? Do you have experience working on cars or similar hands-on mechanical work? If so, The Lee Group has an exciting opportunity for you in Virginia Beach! We're seeking reliable and mechanically skilled Machine Operators for a growing team in what is currently being called the "Index Department." This is a temp-to-hire role with opportunities for long-term growth. Qualified candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to read measurements accurately. Job Responsibilities of Machine Operators Operate machinery safely and efficiently Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues on the line Read and interpret measurements with precision Perform quality checks and monitor product specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Job Qualifications of Machine Operators Prior mechanical experience such as working on cars or machinery Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose basic mechanical issues Comfortable reading and using measuring tools Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift and overtime as needed Shift Details 1st Shift and 2nd Shift available Immediate openings with onsite interviews happening next week Pay and Benefits $18.50/hour Weekly pay Medical, Dental, Vision The Lee Group is driven by our purpose and passion - Aligning talent, Growing Businesses and Changing Lives!
