Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled Process Technician 1 to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for starting, operating, and adjusting manufacturing machinery and equipment. This role requires a focus on safety, an understanding of quality, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- + Use technician computer to monitor and record machine statuses as well as maintain daily records of maintenance or other projects preformed + Diagnose faults, malfunctions, and mechanical problems and determine how to correct them by checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs + Calibrate or adjust machinery or equipment to ensure quality production + Test, troubleshoot and adjust manufacturing machinery and equipment + Keep work area clean and organized + Other items as directed by management •Level 1
Skills Include:
- + LOTO assessments, JSA creation + Basic multimeter usage (voltage and resistance checks) + Hydraulic, air, and water hose fabrication + Hot stamp and auxiliary equipment troubleshooting + Drilling tap and die, thread insert repair + Blender and weigh bin calibration + Nozzle and heater block wiring + Advanced rigging + Silicone sprayer troubleshooting + Compounding, low and high pressure injection fundamentals + Mold change process and repair fundamentals •
Qualifications:
- + High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- + Ability to lift and carry heavy objects. + Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. + Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoor and indoor settings.
