at Kingdom Solutions LLC in Essex Junction, Vermont, United States Job Description Apparel Decorator (Embroidery) Position Description East Coast Printers in Essex Jct, VT is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Apparel Decorator to join our dynamic team, specifically in the Embroidery department. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality custom apparel that meets our clients' specifications, ensuring precision and excellence in every product. Key Responsibilities:
- Learn various decoration techniques such as screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, and sublimation to apparel and accessories. This position would be primarily in the Embroidery area.
- Review and interpret design specifications, artwork, and client requests to ensure accurate execution.
- Prepare garments and materials for decoration, including setting up equipment and ensuring proper alignment.
- Operate and maintain decorating machinery, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to standards before delivery.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to meet deadlines and achieve desired results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in apparel decoration, including screen printing, embroidery, and/or related techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
- Ability to interpret design files and specifications accurately.
- Familiarity with decorating equipment and tools.
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to machinery and equipment.
