No previous machine operating experience required - training provided What You'll Be Doing Operate manufacturing equipment such as lathes, milling machines, and/or grinders Produce precision metal parts using manual and/or automated machinery Learn to plan the sequence of cutting and finishing operations Produce parts according to established specifications and production requirements Use precision measuring tools, such as calipers , to check completed parts Inspect finished products for quality and consistency Identify and discard defective parts Complete required production logs and documentation Perform routine machine maintenance Follow all established safety procedures and regulations Use basic math and analytical skills during the manufacturing process What We're Looking For Dependable and committed to learning Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Good manual dexterity and attention to detail Basic math skills Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machinery Ability to follow instructions and established procedures Strong focus on safety and quality Interested in developing new manufacturing skills This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get into manufacturing and learn machine operation , even if you haven't done this type of work before.
