Responsibilities:

Ensure all secondary equipment is properly set up, operating correctly, and ready to support production requirements. Communicate equipment, tooling, or process malfunctions promptly to the appropriate support department for resolution. Complete all required documentation related to machine setup, cleaning, and preparation activities accurately and in a timely manner. Perform self-inspections and complete process control documentation during machine setup and start-up to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.

Desired Background/Skills:

Good visual acuity required to perform visual inspections, operate manufacturing equipment, and use precision measuring devices accurately. Knowledge of and ability to work with manufacturing equipment, tools, and measuring instruments used throughout the production process. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. General knowledge of hand tools and their safe and proper use. Ability to read, interpret, and understand blueprints and technical drawings. Team-oriented individual capable of interacting effectively with customers, peers, supervisors, and team members to resolve day-to-day production issues. Demonstrated strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and the ability to lead by example through professionalism and performance. Professional appearance and presentation required. High school diploma required.
