Job Overview Join our Heavenly Buds Packaging and Harvest Team, where your energy and attention to detail will play a vital role in bringing high-quality cannabis to customers and patients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a close knit team in several environments, ensuring crops are harvested, packaged, and prepared with precision. You will be instrumental in maintaining efficient workflows, adhering to safety standards, and supporting sustainable practices. Whether you're experienced in the cannabis industry or eager to learn, this role provides a rewarding environment for growth and contribution. Responsibilities Carefully harvest crops according to established standards Package cannabis efficiently while maintaining quality and freshness Operate hand tools and machinery safely to assist with harvesting, trimming, and packaging tasks Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for crop handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards Collaborate with the grow team and management to ensure efficient harvest schedules and quality control Skills Proficiency in using hand tools, basic math skills for measurements, and operating heavy lifting equipment safely Excellent teamwork skills Ability to work indoors in varying conditions while maintaining safety standards Strong attention to detail for quality assurance during harvesting and packaging processes Join us in cultivating excellence! Pay:
$17.50 - $20.00 per hour
