Job Description

Machine Operator I ProLogistix is seeking Machine Operators I to join a production team in Monroe, WA. This role supports all facets of metal fabrication and warehouse operations, ensuring safe and efficient production flow. Schedule & Pay Monday - Friday, 2:00PM-10:30PM Pay range: $20-$24 per hour Additional Requirements An updated resume is required for consideration Candidates must complete an interview with the client prior to placement Responsibilities Operate machinery : Run punch presses, CNC mills, CNC benders, band saws, drill presses, and similar equipment. Material handling : Load/unload raw materials, stage work-in-process parts, and maintain organized work areas. Quality checks : Measure finished parts with precision tools to ensure compliance with specifications. Blueprint reading : Interpret technical drawings to execute fabrication designs accurately. Safety compliance : Follow OSHA standards, complete equipment inspections, and use PPE consistently. Continuous improvement : Participate in Kaizen events and suggest process improvements. Qualifications 1+ years in a metal fabrication or warehouse environment preferred Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, micrometers) Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted (more with assistance) High school diploma or GED required
