Qualifications:

Minimum 1-year previous assembly experience in the aerospace industry Basic shop math skills Ability to read and follow work instructions Completion of aptitude test during interview process Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.Work Environment:
The Assembler works in the Assembly environment throughout the workday; this environment may include exposure to noise, dust, fumes, etc. Possible skin and inhaled contact may occur with various sealants, paints, adhesives, liquid nitrogen, MEK, and chemicals used during assembly or cleaning of parts Industry standard safety equipment is provided by the Company, and specific notice is posted in areas where safety equipment is required Safety training is required and provided by the Company in accordance with applicable law, industry standards, and Company policyPhysical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Individuals must stand for much of the workday. May work at different workstations as production needs require, or change from one station to another during assembly process. This position may require overtime and shift changes. Job functions on and around mechanized equipment will present the need for alertness, accuracy and safety awareness. Work activities involve frequent combinations of walking, pushing, pulling, bending, lifting and carrying and standing for extended periods. Work requires the ability to see, hear and smell in order to detect problems. The work requires the ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
