How you'll make an impact: MRP is searching for a passionate and agile Folder/Gluer Operator who considers themselves problem-solvers and are excited by challenges and the opportunity to build something great with us. As a Folder/Gluer Operator in the Finishing Department, you will be responsible for setting up and operating folder/gluer machines to produce cartons that meet customer specifications and quality standards. This role involves maintaining equipment, monitoring and tracking the production schedule, communicating special instructions to team members, and accurately entering job information into the Radius system. In addition, the Folder/Gluer Operator is responsible for identifying, communicating, and helping resolve quality issues in collaboration with QA and the Finishing Lead or Manager.
