Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting Converting, Rewinding, or Coating departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, a proactive attitude, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Pay Range: $18-$20 ($2 night shift differential)
• Shift: 1st or 3rd shift
• What's the Job?
• + Support manufacturing operations within the Converting, Rewinding, or Coating departments + Assist production teams with hands-on tasks and learn multiple support roles + Prepare and stage rolls for mounting on various presses + Wrap and prepare finished paper products, including rolls, sheets, or boxed paper + Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts to transport products safely and efficiently •What's Needed?
• + Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks + Willingness to learn multiple roles and support manufacturing processes + Strong attention to safety procedures and attention to detail + Good communication skills and teamwork orientation + Previous experience in manufacturing or related fields is a plus but not required
