This role is responsible for operating rewinding equipment, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a safe, efficient workflow on the production floor. Good attendance and reliability are essential.

PM Friday:
5:30 AM-11:30
AM Starting Wage:
$16.50 per hour

Additional $0.75 after 30 days Temp-to-hire opportunity after 480 hours Responsibilities Operate rewinding machines to specification Inspect materials for defects and ensure quality standards Track production output and maintain accurate documentation Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area Requirements Strong attendance and punctuality Ability to stand for full shifts Capability to lift up to 50 lbs Prior manufacturing experience preferred (not required) Our Commitment to
