ARCH Global Precision-American Prosthetic Components Key Responsibilities Assemble components according to work instructions. Read, understand, and follow detailed procedures and blueprints. Gather required materials and equipment at the start of each process. Perform precision measurements to ensure proper fit of parts. Select or adjust components based on measurements and specifications. Align materials and assemble more complex units as needed. Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy. Report defective parts, malfunctions, or assembly issues.
Requirements Experience:
Proven experience in assembly or related manufacturing roles.
Technical Skills:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
Quality Focused:
Understanding of quality control principles and standards.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Ability:
Good hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and physical stamina.
Lifting:
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.

Consistently on time and present for shifts.

Follows instructions and responds well to management direction.

Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent, or related training/experience.
Language Skills:
Read and comprehend basic instructions and memos. Write simple correspondence. Communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
Reasoning Ability:
Apply common sense to follow written or oral instructions. Solve problems involving a few standard variables. Physical Demands Frequent standing and walking. Occasional reaching, handling, or feeling with hands. Occasionally lift/move up to 40 lbs.
Vision:
Close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment Work near moving mechanical parts. Noise level ranges from moderate to loud. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
