Brillion, Wisconsin 1st Shift Assembly Overview We are hiring dependable, enthusiastic team members to join our 1st shift manufacturing team in Brillion, WI. In this hands-on role, you'll be part of the team assembling outdoor power equipment—using tools, standard work, and teamwork to help hit daily production goals safely and efficiently. Schedule & Shift:
Monday-Thursday (4 days x 10 hours), 4:45 AM-2:45 PM, with some mandatory overtime on Fridays Required Skills Ability to safely operate machines, tools, and equipment needed to perform the job Ability to perform assembly-type work using hand and/or power tools Ability to follow standard work with strict adherence Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to support other areas to meet production goals Basic problem-solving ability Ability to communicate effectively in a production environment Commitment to working safely and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Nice to Have Skills Desire for personal development and growth Interest in cross-training and learning multiple areas within manufacturing Other Requirements Must be able to stand for 10 hours/day Must be able to bend, twist, turn, reach overhead, perform repetitive motions, and fine manipulation Must be able to use hands to position parts in a fast-paced environment Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs at varying frequencies On-site role in Brillion, WI (no relocation listed) Bring your reliability, energy, and pride in quality work—apply today to join the 1st shift team and start building something you can be proud of.
