Overview
We are hiring dependable, enthusiastic team members to join our 1st shift manufacturing team in Brillion, WI. In this hands-on role, you'll be part of the team assembling outdoor power equipment—using tools, standard work, and teamwork to help hit daily production goals safely and efficiently. Schedule & Shift:
Monday-Thursday (4 days x 10 hours), 4:45 AM-2:45 PM, with some mandatory overtime on Fridays
Required Skills
Ability to safely operate machines, tools, and equipment needed to perform the job
Ability to perform assembly-type work using hand and/or power tools
Ability to follow standard work with strict adherence
Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to support other areas to meet production goals
Basic problem-solving ability
Ability to communicate effectively in a production environment
Commitment to working safely and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Nice to Have Skills
Desire for personal development and growth
Interest in cross-training and learning multiple areas within manufacturing
Other Requirements
Must be able to stand for 10 hours/day
Must be able to bend, twist, turn, reach overhead, perform repetitive motions, and fine manipulation
Must be able to use hands to position parts in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs at varying frequencies
