Contract Job Summary We are seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Technician I to support kitting, cable assembly, and general manufacturing operations. This role involves following work instructions, assembling components, packaging kits, and operating basic production equipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team environment. Responsibilities Assemble cable components, connectors, and other parts according to work instructions. Measure and cut materials to specified lengths. Perform basic kitting, packaging, labeling, and bagging of materials. Operate production equipment, including wire marking and material bagging machines, after training. Apply labels, ties, and shrink tubing as needed. Read and follow work orders, diagrams, and production instructions. Complete production paperwork and quality checks accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work with team members to meet production goals and changing priorities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply; manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency. Basic English communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn.

Pay Details:
