Helpers:

$20-$23 - work up to Operator in 5-7 months if performance & attendance is stellar.

Operators:

typically $25-$30 (direct experience required for Operator level; otherwise hire as Helper)

Shift:

6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (12-hour nights). Will convert to standard 8-hour 2nd or 3rd shift once fully staffed.

Schedule note:

Operations run 24/6. Overtime common while understaffed.

Products serve graphic arts, flexible packaging, industrial, and specialty markets. Role Overview Support or run extrusion/lamination equipment used to produce thermal laminating films and flexible packaging materials. Helpers must have a clear desire to progress to Operator.
