Join Our Team! FrieslandCampina is looking for Packaging Operators to help produce high-quality dairy ingredients in a safe, fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do As a Packaging Operator, you'll be responsible for safely operating packaging equipment while ensuring our finished products meet the highest standards for quality, food safety, and customer expectations.
Your day may include:
Operating packaging equipment such as baggers, fillers, sealers, palletizers, and labeling systems. Monitoring production equipment and making routine adjustments to keep lines running efficiently. Performing quality checks and verifying packaging materials, labels, and lot codes. Completing production documentation and maintaining accurate records. Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and partnering with Maintenance when needed. Performing cleaning and sanitation activities while following GMP and food safety standards. Working closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to achieve daily production goals. Identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency. We're Looking For Someone Who Has a high school diploma or equivalent. Has manufacturing experience (food or dairy manufacturing is a plus). Enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment. Takes pride in producing a quality product. Is dependable, safety-focused, and works well as part of a team. Can follow written procedures and maintain accurate documentation. Is willing to learn and grow within the organization. Work Environment This position is based in our dairy manufacturing facility and requires employees to: Stand and walk for extended periods. Lift up to 50 pounds. Work around manufacturing equipment, cleaning chemicals, allergens, and moderate-to-high noise levels. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe shoes, and other equipment as needed. Why FrieslandCampina?
