FOLDER/GLUER OPERATORS

(2ND

OR 3RD SHIFT

Description Our Gluer Operators are responsible for the set-up and operation of folder-gluer machines, ensuring all cartons meet our high-quality standards, for all our customers. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Set up window/folder-gluer machines Feed machines during production runs Must be able to continuously lift, fan, and load stacks of paperboard into the machine feed. This requires repetitive reaching and gripping. Troubleshoot and perform machine adjustments as needed

Must be comfortable standing and moving in a fast-paced environment for the duration of an 8-12-hour shift, maintaining the physical pace required to keep the machine running at target speeds.

Follow work instructions and procedures for each job

Meet job quotas and maintain product conformance to specifications

Perform general maintenance Fine motor skills required for clearing occasional jams and making precise adjustments to belts, guides, and glue guns. Handle all other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Quality-conscious individual must have a high attention to detail Use a "quality-first" mindset to stop the machine if product integrity is questioned, ensuring we maintain our reputation for excellence with every customer. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Ability to communicate and comprehend written and verbal instructions

Ability to work with technology and automated systems

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively

Must be willing to work 2nd Shift (Monday

  • Friday, 2pm
  • 10pm) or 3rd Shift (Sunday
  • Thursday 10pm
  • 6am) with some overtime/weekend work Training will be on 1st Shift (Monday

    Experience
    2 years: Quality control (preferred)
    2 years: Troubleshooting Skills (preferred)
    2 years: mechanically inclined and possess good mechanical skills
