Weekend Shift Laser Operator Friday - Sunday | 12-Hour Shifts Work 36 Hours, Get Paid for 40! Pay $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (Based on experience) Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Laser Operator to join our weekend shift team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality parts that meet customer specifications and quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on manufacturing work, takes pride in producing quality parts, and wants a schedule that allows for a better work-life balance during the week. Schedule Friday - Sunday Three 12-hour shifts Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines Maintain and monitor equipment performance Review shop orders, blueprints, and inspection records Produce parts according to customer specifications and quality standards Perform quality inspections and checks Troubleshoot and adjust machines during changeovers Identify and correct quality issues including defects and sizing concerns Prepare, clean, and laser cut raw materials according to prints Use grinders, abrasives, and other finishing tools as needed Safely operate forklifts, cranes, magnets, and other lifting devices Manage material inventory and maintain organization of work area Follow all company safety and

quality procedures Keep work area clean and organized Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required Technical school training or manufacturing certifications preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic math and measurement skills required Strong communication and teamwork skills Forklift experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and repetitive motion Ability to regularly lift up to 30 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs Ability to safely handle tools, materials, and machinery Visual ability to inspect parts and operate equipment
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
