Position Summary As a Machine Operator , you'll play a key role in producing high‑quality parts that meet customer specifications. You'll set up and operate equipment, perform inspections, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and help ensure our production runs smoothly. This role is hands-on, team-oriented, and essential to our success. standards Contribute positively to our mission, vision, and values Perform other duties as needed What You Bring High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree is a plus) 1-3 years of machinist or machine operation experience preferred, but not required Basic math, measuring, and computer skills Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team environment Physical Requirements This role involves: Standing, walking, or moving for extended periods Lifting, pulling, or pushing up to 50 lbs.
