Job Description
M-Thurs 5a-3:30pm (10hr shift) $20 per hour Operations / Packaging Technician Join a fast-paced manufacturing team supporting the production and packaging of regulated animal health products. This role is primarily focused on packaging operations and offers the opportunity to work in a structured, team-oriented environment while gaining experience in GMP and aseptic manufacturing. What You'll Do Operate packaging and production equipment, including startup, minor adjustments, and routine quality monitoring. Perform production activities according to established SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) . Complete production and quality documentation accurately and on time, following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) . Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas in accordance with SOPs. Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures in a fast-paced team environment. Support other production activities and duties as needed.
What We're Looking For Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of relevant manufacturing experience. Strong analytical, scientific, and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Good written, verbal, and computer skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to intermittently lift up to 25 lbs. Preferred /Helpful:
Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related science. Experience working with aseptic processes . Understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) . Basic knowledge of quality improvement tools and MPS processes. Familiarity with USDA regulations .
