We're immediately hiring a Crate Builder to join our operations team. This is a hands-on role where you'll build custom wooden crates and securely pack materials using tools, measurements, and production plans. 2nd shift = 2:30pm - 10:30pm

What You'll Do Build wooden crates using production drawings. Pack and secure materials for safe shipping. Measure, cut, and prepare wood materials accurately. Use hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace. What We're Looking For Experience with hand/power tools. Ability to read a tape measure (fractional measurements required). Basic math and attention to detail. The ability to identify standard lumber sizes (such as 2x4, 4x4, and 3/4" plywood) is important. Candidates should have familiarity with common wood materials such as hardwood, softwood, plywood, and treated lumber. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior woodworking, construction, or crate-building experience preferred. Must be able to speak and understand English.
