Duties Operate a variety of industrial machinery including CNC machines, CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CAM programming equipment. Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot complex machinery to ensure optimal performance and adherence to quality standards. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing documents to accurately produce parts and assemblies. Perform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and other precision measuring instruments; apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on industrial equipment to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards. Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling tools; assist with packaging and assembly as needed. Follow safety protocols diligently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote workplace safety and efficiency. Requirements Proven experience operating CNC machines, CNC programming, CAM programming, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, or similar manufacturing equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with factory environment operations including warehouse experience, materials handling, packaging, and assembly processes. Ability to read shop math and perform basic calculations necessary for machining and fabrication tasks. Skilled in the use of hand tools, calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and other precision measurement tools. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments along with industrial equipment troubleshooting skills. Experience with factory or manufacturing facility operations including quality control procedures and production document interpretation. Valid forklift certification is preferred; familiarity with CNC programming languages such as Fanuc is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills; capable of working across all shifts in a fast-paced setting.
