What You'll Do:

Set up and operate slitting equipment, including loading master rolls and preparing finished product runs Monitor and maintain efficient machine performance to ensure top-quality output Package, label, and prepare finished and semi-finished goods for shipment Identify and manage material defects to maintain quality standards Collect and verify production data to support operational excellence Assist teammates and contribute to a strong, team-oriented environment Handle waste materials responsibly, including preparing bales of cull waste

What You Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent Experience operating rewinders and/or slitters in paper, printing, or similar manufacturing environments Ability to work a 12-hour swing shift schedule in a 24/7 operation (including on-call support) Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs Forklift experience is a plus Why Join Suominen?
