Part time or Full-time (flexible scheduling options available) About Genesis Integrative Medicine At Genesis Integrative Medicine, we practice advanced functional and regenerative care that addresses root causes and helps patients achieve optimal health and longevity — not just "normal" lab results. Our clinics offer personalized therapies including hormone optimization, peptide treatments, regenerative injections, IV nutrient therapies, ozone, and more in a supportive, healing-focused environment. We are expanding our team and seeking a passionate, experienced Advanced Practice Provider to deliver exceptional patient care and support our growing practice across two Northeast Wisconsin locations. Position Overview This role focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered care in integrative, regenerative, and longevity medicine. You will work collaboratively within our clinical team while enjoying autonomy in developing personalized treatment plans. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop individualized treatment protocols focused on hormone optimization, peptide therapies, regenerative medicine, IV nutrient therapies, and functional medicine principles Perform and oversee advanced procedures including regenerative injections (PRP, Prolozone), IV therapies, ozone treatments, and other integrative modalities Interpret advanced functional labs and create root-cause focused care plans Educate and empower patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and long-term health strategies Collaborate with our experienced team and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented clinic culture Stay current with emerging therapies and participate in ongoing training Qualifications Active (or eligible) Wisconsin license as a Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, or Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Strong interest and/or experience in functional/integrative medicine, hormone management (BHRT), peptides, regenerative therapies, IV nutrients, and longevity medicine Commitment to evidence-based, progressive patient care that prioritizes optimization and prevention Excellent clinical, communication, and patient education skills Enthusiasm for continuous learning and mastering new advanced therapies What We Offer Competitive compensation with strong earning potential Opportunity to work with cutting-edge therapies in a growing integrative practice Support for professional development and training in new modalities Beautiful clinical settings in Manitowoc and Green Bay Collaborative team environment with strong mentorship from experienced leadership Satisfaction of helping patients achieve meaningful, transformative health improvements If you are a dedicated clinician who is passionate about regenerative and longevity medicine and delivering care that goes beyond conventional approaches, we invite you to join our team.
