Quad's Chemical Research/Technology (CR/T) facility in Hartford, WI, is hiring a Night Shift Machine Operator trainee to help produce the inks used in Quad printing operations across the country. No ink manufacturing experience? That's okay—we provide training for motivated individuals who are ready to learn and grow. What You'll Earn Starting pay of $20.00/hour or more , based on experience Additional $3.00/hour night shift premium Overtime opportunities available
Schedule Night Shift:
7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Monday - Wednesday Enjoy a consistent 3-day work week with additional overtime opportunities What You'll Do As part of our manufacturing team, you'll help produce specialty inks and resins using industrial equipment and processes.
Responsibilities include:
Operating manufacturing equipment and production systems Loading raw materials and monitoring production processes Operating forklifts (training available) Unloading tanker trucks and railcars Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment Working closely with teammates to meet production goals What We're Looking For Ability to work a 12-hour night shift schedule Ability to lift 50 pounds or more Basic math skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Manufacturing experience is helpful, but we will train the right candidate Why Join Quad?
