Setup:
Prepare machines before a run. Install parts, calibrate settings, and load raw materials.
Monitoring:
Watch the machine during operation. Check speed, temperature, and material flow to avoid jams or errors.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished pieces using tools like calipers or gauges. Sort out defective items to meet high standards.
Record Keeping:
Write down output numbers, material usage, and shift notes in a log.
Safety:
Wear required gear like safety glasses and earplugs, sometimes steel toes. We are hiring on all shifts, apply today!
