I'm partnering with a well-established food manufacturing company in Richland County, WI seeking a dependable Machine Operator / Maintenance Trainee to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with machine operation experience who wants to learn machine maintenance through hands-on training while working in a stable manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Operate food manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production Perform basic machine adjustments and assist with troubleshooting Receive hands-on training in preventive maintenance and machine repairs Follow food safety, GMP, and quality standards Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Work closely with production and maintenance teams to maximize efficiency Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Operator, Production Team Member, or similar role Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning machine maintenance Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment Strong work ethic with reliable attendance Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Schedule Day Shift - Starts at 6:00 AM Shift lengths vary based on production needs Typical shifts range from 4-12 hours 30-50 hours per week Full-time opportunity Why You'll Love This Opportunity Competitive pay: $20-$25/hour Higher pay available for highly qualified candidates Hands-on maintenance training Excellent opportunity for career growth Full benefits package Stable company with long-term advancement opportunities Apply Today!
