Job Description

Machine Operator - 2nd & 3rd Shift (Temp-to-Hire) Now Hiring! Immediate Openings Available We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. These are temp-to-hire opportunities with on-the-job training provided. Entry-level and Spanish speaking candidates with manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply. Shift & Pay Information2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM $19.00/hour 3rd Shift Monday-Friday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM $19.00/hour Additional Benefits Overtime available based on production needs Overtime paid at time-and-a-half One 30-minute paid lunch break Immediate start opportunities Position Overview Associates will begin with entry-level CNC machining and turning operations and receive hands-on training. Employees will work with Mazak CNC machining and turning centers and have opportunities to advance into more complex machine operations based on performance, skill development, and willingness to learn. Essential Responsibilities Load raw materials into CNC machines Start, monitor, and operate machine equipment Remove finished parts and prepare them for the next production process Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools Verify parts meet blueprint specifications and quality standards Monitor critical dimensions and overall product quality Change tools and replace inserts as directed Deburr parts as needed Maintain coolant levels and machine functionality Operate multiple machines when required Record production quantities and labor time accurately Complete inspection documentation and production records Report machine issues or quality concerns to supervisors Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required Entry-level candidates with basic production or manufacturing exposure are welcome Ability to work independently and learn new processes Comfortable operating one or multiple machines after training Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and communication skills The client values candidates who demonstrate stable employment history and relevant experience but is open to discussing circumstances surrounding job changes. Work Environment Manufacturing facility with hot and dusty conditions Fans located throughout the production area Air-conditioned break rooms available
Pay:
$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
