Job Description

Channeled Resources is growing and we need people who want to grow with us. Our family business started in 1978 as recyclers of specialty papers and films. Our company has evolved in the last decade and now includes 3 manufacturing divisions. While we've grown significantly, we have maintained the original family business work environment. Our Marathon City location is seeking experienced Winder Machine Operators for die cutting pressure sensitive labels. In this role, you will be responsible for setup and operation of a winder machine and inspecting final material produced for accuracy and quality.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Make production machines ready for production Load stock or splice label stock to stock loaded into machine Add/remove rollers and press plates as necessary Make ready and operate die cutter Adjust slitter blades as necessary Inspect product for accuracy, quality and correct standards Clean machine and components as necessary
REQUIREMENTS
Self-motivated, detail oriented, organized and mechanically inclined individual Ability to read, interpret work orders and specifications Ability to produce quality work within company productivity standards Ability to work independently and/or a team player Proven attendance and dependability

SHIFT:
2nd shift: (2:30pm
  • 11:30pm/Monday
  • Thursday & 2:30pm
  • 6:30pm/Fridays) Overtime scheduled as needed, may need to train on 1st shift
  • Shift differential for 3rd shift of $1.
00 per hour
Pay:
$21.00 per hour
