Role Highlights:

Starting pay: $20/hr+

1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts available- + $2/hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts!

What You'll Do:

Set up and operate hydraulic and punch press equipment to meet quality and production standards

Load materials, install tooling, and assist with machine setups

Read work instructions, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate production

Inspect finished parts and document production and quality information

Troubleshoot basic manufacturing and equipment issues and escalate concerns when needed

Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment

Support preventative maintenance activities and maintain a clean, safe work area

Follow all plant safety, quality, and production standards

What You'll Bring:

High school diploma or GED

Must be 18+ years of age

Previous manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to perform basic math, measurements, and quality checks

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Team-oriented, dependable, and able to follow instructions effectively

Experience working in a Lean manufacturing environment is a plus
