We're seeking a dependable Molding Process Technician Assistant to support our injection molding operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with production experience who wants to learn a skilled trade and advance into a Primary Operator role. Previous injection molding experience is a plus—but we're willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and manufacturing background. What You'll Do Assist the Primary Operator with the setup and operation of injection molding machines. Monitor production to ensure quality standards and production goals are met. Load materials, package finished products, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Perform basic machine checks and report any equipment or quality concerns. Help complete production documentation and shift reports. Fill in for the Primary Operator during vacations or other scheduled absences. Follow all safety procedures and standard operating practices. Work closely with production and maintenance teams to maximize machine uptime. What We're Looking For Manufacturing or production experience required. Injection molding experience is preferred but not required . Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products. Dependable attendance and positive attitude. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications Experience working around injection molding equipment. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes. Forklift experience is a plus.
