POSITION

Sachet Operator 2

HOURS:

Train on 1st shift for approximately 2 months before transitioning to 2nd shift 1st shift is 7AM-3:30PM Mon-Fri, and 2nd shift is 3PM to 1:30AM Mon-Thurs.

PAY:

$19.50/hr on 1st shift, $20.50/hr on 2nd shift with a $2/hr pay increase when hired on Our client is looking for team members to join their workforce. You will be part of a team that works with mixing and producing products, set up and tear down of machinery, and packaging and labeling of the finished products. Responsible for setting up, running, troubleshooting (as needed), tear down, and cleaning the machines Maintaining batch records, logs, and paperwork (Good Documentation Practices) Assist in other areas during downtime (capsules, packaging, etc.) Transfer product to warehouse using pallet jacks/electric jacks Will be responsible for training future operators Ability to work early/late based on business needs

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Previous manufacturing experience preferred This position requires a high level of mechanical aptitude Must be self-sufficient Ability to adapt to changes as needed Operator 2: Must be clean shaven to wear a respirator Operator 2: Ability to climb ladder to platform to pour raw materials into mixer. Ability to lift up to 50lbs Stand for the entire shift, including bending, reaching, twisting. Attention to detail (monitoring product quality/consistency). Background check
