$26.00 per hour

Schedule:

Rotating 12-hour shifts

Monday

  • Saturday
    6 AM
  • 6 PM + 6 PM
  • 6 AM Push Buttons, Pull Levers, Cash Paychecks.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Military training or technical education may be considered in place of manufacturing experience.

Ability to accurately complete production, quality, waste, and operational reports. Experience Requirements 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, industrial, or processing environment.

Experience operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment preferred.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment.

Previous experience with industrial equipment, forklifts, tractors, or automated manufacturing systems is highly preferred.

Experience working 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required. Preferred Qualifications Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Experience identifying equipment issues and supporting corrective actions.

Understanding of manufacturing quality systems, quality inspections, and production reporting.

Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement initiatives. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, stooping, crouching, climbing stairs, and gripping throughout the shift.

Ability to work 12-hour shifts in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Must be able to wear required PPE, including hearing, eye, and toe protection.

Ability to work in environments with elevated noise levels, dust, and exposure to manufacturing materials. Job Duties Operate and monitor high-speed manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.

Perform basic troubleshooting, equipment adjustments, and minor repairs to minimize downtime.

Complete quality inspections and verify products meet company and customer specifications.

Maintain accurate production, quality, waste, and downtime records.

Utilize quality systems including quality trackers, stand checks, bag/case weighers, and metal detection equipment.

Follow all safety procedures and promote a strong safety-first culture.

Support housekeeping and 5S initiatives to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Collaborate with team members to achieve production, quality, and safety goals.

Assist with continuous improvement efforts that enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
