We have a hardwood face veneer division, a specialty plywood division, and a retail wood products division. We are currently seeking Industrial Machine Operators to operate our flat press, rotary press, and saw at our specialty plywood division located in Oconto Falls, Wisconsin. Situated in the heart of the highest quality hardwood forests in North America, we craft rotary and flat die boards, musical instrument components, airplane propellers, door skins, and so much more. You will need to have a foundational understanding of the manufacturing process. You must be a safety-conscious individual that can take a "hands-on" approach to understanding and operating the equipment, always focusing on quality of product outcome while maintaining a necessary level of production . That's right, we work four days a week, 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday. We also have availability on our night shift with a shift premium added. The Position As either a flat press operator, rotary press operator, or saw operator you will be an ideal candidate if you: Enjoy physical work (able to lift up up to 50 lbs) Pay attention to small details Can identify problems and come up with solutions Are good at working on a team and as well as by yourself To truly be successful in this role, you'll need to be reliable and punctual, be respectful and communicate well with other team members, and have a positive, winning attitude.
