Job Description Pay:
$25.96/hour
Shift Premium:
$1.20/hour for nights
Additional Pay:
1.5x pay on Sundays and for hours worked over 40 per week
Schedule:
12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule (days and nights, rotating bi-weekly) 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 straight night schedule

Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) dollar-for-dollar match up to 8% Paid time off and holidays Growth and development opportunities About the Role Amcor is hiring an Extrusion Assistant to support Coater and Blown Film extrusion operations. In this role, you will assist with machine setup, changeovers, production runs, and shutdowns while helping maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. What You'll Do Follow safety procedures and promote a safety-first culture Operate Coater and Blown Film machines when qualified and as needed Order and maintain resin box inventory to support production needs Package mill rolls and manage scrap materials efficiently Perform housekeeping duties and maintain a clean, organized work environment Support 5S and Continuous Improvement initiatives, including cross-training opportunities Understand and support product safety requirements Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned by leadership Must Have Ability to work a 12-hour schedule, including nights if assigned Basic computer skills and ability to learn production systems and programs Basic math, measurement, and reading skills Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
