Full Time English and Spanish speaking welcome to apply! Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely work as part of a team to ensure efficient operation of automated and manual pallet assembly equipment.
• Assemble pallets using new and recycled components.
• Communicate with Working Leader and Plant Manager regarding finished product, scrap produced, and any abnormal findings.
• Occasionally use a forklift.
• Understand quality, and customer requirements for the finished products. Qualifications
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Some training may be available for candidates showing the ambition to learn.
• High school or general education diploma (GED).
• Previous experience in manufacturing or construction is a plus.
• Previous Forklift Certification is a plus.
• Must be able to continuously lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate a pneumatic nail gun, and basic hand tools preferred.
• Must be dependable and be at work when scheduled.
• Ability to assess workload, be self-guided and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Must have an active desire to work as a team with fellow crew members.
• Be able to understand and adhere to all safety requirements of the pallet manufacturing facility.
• Must be available to work Monday to Thursday as well as a flexible Friday schedule.
• First shift

• 5 am to 3 pm.
• Work primarily indoors, but outdoor work may be required as needed.
